At the Rotary meeting with the winners in attendance he outlined reasons for choosing them for their composition, exposure and interpretation of the criteria of the competition.
Awards of certificates and prizes were made by Lochaber president Simon Hardiman, who also revealed that Rowan’s image had won the West of Scotland heat and would now be going on to the National Competition, taking on Young Photographers from across Britain.
