Police are probing two instances of alleged dangerous driving.
The first took place at about 1.55pm hours on January 27 at Saulmore Farm, Connel, by Oban.
it’s been alleged that a motor vehicle was being driven in a dangerous manner when it collided with another vehicle head on, failing to observe it approaching. An 18-year-old male has been charged with the offence and a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal detailing the circumstances.
The second took place at 5.30pm on January 31 on the A85 at Kilchurn Bridge in Dalmally.
It is alleged that a motor vehicle was being driven in a dangerous manner when it attempted to overtake, crossing solid white lines on the road and resulting in a collision. A 39-year-old female has been charged with dangerous driving and a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal detailing the circumstances.
