A former beachfront shop in Brodick, known as The Boathouse, has been put on the market with estate agents Watermans which has listed it for sale at offers over £59,995.

 

The sale of the timber retail unit, which was originally built as a chalet, is solely for the building and not the land it sits on. A lease will need to be established with Arran Estates which is also responsible for the optional lease of the neighbouring putting green.
