Theft allegation
Police are investigating after a man allegedly stole an item from Campbeltown’s Tesco supermarket at about 7.10pm on Tuesday January 28. Charged
A 54-year-old man was arrested, charged with assault and held for court after allegedly grabbing hold of a woman at a Campbeltown pub between 6.30pm and 7.30pm on Tuesday January 28.
Arrested
A 21-year-old woman was arrested and charged with assault and threatening and abusive behaviour, after allegedly grabbing a man by the arms and pushing him, and shouting and swearing in a threatening manner, in Albyn Avenue, Campbeltown, at about 2.45pm on Thursday January 30.
Careless driving
Police are investigating after a vehicle was allegedly driven in a careless manner on the B842 Southend road at about midnight on Friday January 31, when the driver collided with a verge and caused a road traffic collision. Pedestrian hit
A 68-year-old man has been charged with careless driving after the vehicle he was driving collided with a pedestrian crossing the road on Aqualibrium Avenue, Campbeltown, at about 8.15pm on Saturday February 1.
