Four cyclists stopped in at Lodge St John’s 141 in Campbeltown during a mammoth charity cycle earlier this month.
DJ Barr, Ross Muir, Ally Gunn, and Stewart Barr cycled more than 460 miles over six days, from May 29 to June 3, raising money for Argyll Beats Cardiovascular Disease (ABCD), Oxygen Scotland and MND Scotland on the way.
The group stopped at numerous masonic lodes throughout Argyll and the Isles and on Saturday June 1 they spent the evening at St John’s 141 where £1,000 was raised for their charities through a raffle and a charity whisky tasting.
Both Springbank Distillery and Glen Scotia Distillery were represented, by Findlay Ross and Iain McAlister respectively.
