Mull Runners announced all the places were filled a month before the race so anticipation was high for a successful event.

The two races take place on the same road, from Craignure to Salen, with the 10K starting at Fishnish and the Half Marathon starting just south of Craignure. Both races finish outside the Salen Hotel, the event’s sponsor.

A total of 232 professional and amateur runners entered, with all but one finishing the races.

Times were close, with the difference between first and second place in the 10K just two seconds. It was the same gap between second and third in the half marathon, with fourth just five seconds behind them.
