Excitement is mounting with only two days to go until Lochaber’s premier annual festival launches this Saturday.
The Cairngorm reindeer parade will be leaving Cameron Square at 11am, sponsored by the Lochaber Times and Ferguson Transport. This event will be a colourful and exciting day for all the family.
Meanwhile at the Nevis Centre, doors will open at 9.30am for eager festive shoppers.
Up to 60 stalls will be selling quality crafts and speciality food and drink to those looking for something special.
There will also be a wide range of entertainment including Santa’s Grotto, Buskers’ Corner, the Malt Whisky Raffle and a bouncy castle. With all this fun in store, Lochaber Rotary promises you a great day out.
Rotary Club president Malcolm MacRaild thanked everyone who has helped support the festival and added: “Why travel to Glasgow or Inverness when you can buy all your festive gifts and holiday foodstuffs locally and watch the High Street Parade?
“Santa and his elves will be making their way over the Parade Green with Lochaber Pipe Band and the Ben Nevis All-Stars Cheerleaders. We hope to see you there.”
