The recent storms which battered the west coast left Tarbert Golf Course ‘awash with debris’ - prompting a community clean-up.
A team of volunteers gathered on Saturday morning to gather and dispose of the debris which covered much of the 1st and 9th fairways.
After almost four hours of hard graft, the 1st hole was back to normal, however the huge amount of rubbish on the 9th resulted in the club having to employ a professional contractor to remove it.
A spokesperson said: "Thanks go to the 10 members who made themselves available to help with the clear up for the good of the club."
