Senior wellbeing co-ordinator Susan Ellis and Lesley Renton, a project manager at Campbeltown-based children's charity Youth Impact, worked together to compile the test which took place at the care home on Tuesday July 25.
Susan selected questions suited to the residents, while Lesley chose questions more appropriate for the younger generation.
Residents, staff and the youngsters from Youth Impact formed three teams with mixed ages to try and answer the most questions correctly.

The winning team, aptly named THE WINNERS, scored 39 out of a possible 43.
“Feedback from residents and staff has been very positive, with everyone saying they had a fantastic time,” said Susan.
“Lots of fun was had by all during and after the quiz, when we all got to spend lots of time talking and laughing over some drinks and snacks.”

Lesley said that everyone from Youth Impact enjoyed the afternoon and look forward to future joint projects.
Susan added: “We are continuing with our intergenerational project with future visits planned from local groups and clubs.
“It is important to us that all our residents are very much still involved in the community and this project has been successful in doing just that.”
