This year was Dunbeg Primary School’s first gymnastics win since head teacher Marny McCulloch began in 2017.
"We have invested in gymnastic equipment for the school over the last three years," said Ms McCulloch, "but have been additionally fortunate to have some talented gymnasts coming through who have benefitted from the new equipment and training from Paul Gleeson, our peripatetic physical education teacher.
"On March 19, the team won individual golds for vaulting and the team trophy for the same event. We were absolutely delighted."
