A place to share projects, build connections with other groups and explore funding opportunities is the idea behind a new online space for communities and organisations.
Argyll and Bute Council has launched track.vuelio.uk.com/z.z?l%3DaHR0cHM6Ly9hcmIuY29tbXVuaXR5Y2hvaWNlcy5zY290L2FzcGlyaW5ncGxhY2Vz%26r%3D14841563901%26d%3D25467038%26p%3D1%26t%3Dh%26h%3D9042271e47ead260a8dbaf93ec5eacff&source=gmail&ust=1742914320276000&usg=AOvVaw3NkQ-1Zfv2XRAo-O525oj0">Aspiring Places as a new way of better connecting community groups and organisations to potential funding and to direct them to a range of help and support.
Communities are being invited to use the space to share information about projects they would like to deliver so that the council can be more aware of the kind of projects seeking funding.
Argyll and Bute Council leader Councillor Jim Lynch said: "Often, funding opportunities come up unexpectedly; Aspiring Places will help us to connect community projects with funding as it becomes available. We know there are good things happening across Argyll and Bute with communities looking to enhance their local area. We hope groups and organisations share their projects, connect with other communities to share best practice, and find project funding to deliver real benefits to local residents.”
