To promote growing food at home, Sally Wilkin of the Blarbuie Roots Project held a seed swap in Kilmartin Cafe. Visitors were encouraged to bring seeds or make a donation for another packet of seeds, leading to something new in the garden.
The seed swap offered the opportunity to find something new to grow in the garden and to give information on growing fruit and vegetables, renting a raised bed or volunteering at Blarbuie Woodlands.
Sally said: 'Growing your own food is one of the most environmentally friendly things we can do.'
