Residents of Kinlochleven came out in force on Saturday to share their thoughts and discuss options on forming a long-term sustainable Place Plan for the village.
Over 175 people attended an Ideas Day at the Leven Centre which was coordinated by Kinlochleven Community Action Group following an initial consultation in November last year.
Fort William and Ardnamurchan councillor Sarah Fanet spent the day chatting to residents and sharing her knowledge on similar projects.
She said: "Local Place Plans provide an opportunity for a community-led and collaborative approach to creating great local places.
"Kinlochleven is a place with great assets and potentials. It was very encouraging to see so many residents attending this event, where everyone was able to see how much work and collaboration has already taken place.
"And, most importantly, where every attendee was able to say what they would like to see in Kinlochleven.
"Well done to the organisers and everyone who attended."
