Gary Innes of Manran said it was the first time the band had played in the Nevis Centre since the pandemic.
He said: “Getting the opportunity to play a home show is always great. We are looking forward to playing a home show for two of the people in the band, myself and Ewen Henderson. We both feel strongly about mental health, especially the many young musicians who struggle with it."
Formed in 2010 and with four studio albums under its belt, the rock-folk group has picked up numerous awards. Lead female vocalist Kim Carnie was crowned Gaelic Singer of the Year at the Hands up for Trad Awards.
Dàimh won the Best Folk Band in Europe at the Folkherbst competition in Germany in 2019 and has twice been named Folk Band of the Year at the Scots Trad Music Awards.
Tickets for the show are available via Eventbrite or Mànran's website.
