Clan Ossian took the overall honours on Friday August 25 in a special day out for pupils of all ages from the school, with Somerled second, Diarmid third and Fingal fourth.
Many pupils participated in qualifying before the games began, before they took part in all the events you would expect to see at a senior highland games, including athletics, highland dancing and three of the heavy events.
There was also a record turnout in the girls' heavies, with the pupils tackling the caber, hammer and weight for distance, with only slightly smaller equipment than used the day before.
Oban High School principal teacher of PE teacher, Murray Hamilton said: "We were really happy with the turnout this year and there was fantastic representation across all the classes and different years.
"We were really lucky with the weather on Friday and it was a really nice atmosphere in the afternoon.
Mr Hamilton added: "There were over 150 athletes who signed up to participate in the games and we're really quite proud of that turnout.
"I think it's a massively important opportunity for the kids, and with the tents and equipment left set up from the gathering, it feels like a proper games."
The games also provided pupils with an opportunity to be assessed in athletics events, with some using their specialist events to achieve 50 per cent of their Higher grades.
