Dunoon Grammar School Pipe Band is holding a 50th anniversary Scottish night and reunion this summer, to mark a half century since it first competed.
The celebration has been set for Saturday June 3.
A band spokesperson said: "Everyone is invited to join us at the school, where the current DGS pipe band, with Pipe Major Donald MacPhee, will be performing, as well as our primary school learners.
"There will be lots of musical entertainment, dancing, refreshments and an auction to raise funds for the band.
"We have been blown away by the gifts and goodies donated to us by local businesses that we will be auctioning off, with more details to follow in the coming weeks.
"We are also asking for band members past and present to please join us at the school from 7pm on June 3 2023 for a reunion.
"We want to fill the stage and forum with pipes, chanters, drums and pads and give the audience a mass performance of My Land from as many band members who have competed with DGS Pipe band."
If eligible and interested, send a message to the band's Facebook page - Dunoon Grammar School Pipe Band - or email jennifer.mcvicar@argyll-bute.gov.uk for any more info, or to let the group know if planning to attend.
