The youngsters were taking part in a superheroes' sports day organised by Campbeltown woman Cheryl Lang to raise funds for Campbeltown and District Juvenile Football Association (CDJFA) - which made £450.
Children took part in a variety of events including sack races, egg and spoon races, bean bag races, obstacle races, three-legged races and long jump.

But the fun wasn't just for children – adults were able to get in on the action in a piggy back race, egg and spoon race and wheelbarrow race.
Afterwards Cheryl said: 'Everyone who came had so much fun and we had amazing real-life superheroes who made the day happen – a big thank you to Alan Glendinning, Charles Lang and my husband Craig Lang for their hard work on the day; a huge thank you to all the businesses that donated to the raffle and to Zoe Glendinning, Olly McLean and Caroline Armour for their part in making the day happen – Zoe's slushes saved the day in the very hot weather.
'Thanks also to Jake Sanders for his help in setting up and getting the children all warmed up for the events, as well as Lindsay Ronald for helping with raffle, Lindsay Ramsey and Craig Edwards.
'Thank you to everyone for coming along to support CDJFA.'
