Tarbert Golf Club held their AGM in the Clubhouse on February 26 2024 with a great turnout of 26 members in attendance.
With 2023 being a very difficult year at the club it was hoped that members would turnout in number to show their support and that is exactly what happened.
The main office bearers Eric MacDougall (President) and John MacNab (Secretary/Treasurer) remained in place to provide both experience and stability for the club.
Some youth in the form of Andrew Henderson, will take the role of Vice President.
The new committee was formed without any issues and held their first meeting on March 6.
They are keen to see that the clubhouse will be used properly by the members and plan to hold several events over the coming months to boost revenue. It is also hope that the competitions will be better supported by the members.
The committee have invested in new equipment during the winter months which will be put to good use as the season approaches.
