Due to wayward golf balls landing in the grounds, care staff are worried about the safety of residents, themselves and visitors at the home in Drummore Road, which backs on to Morvern Hill.
To keep everyone safe, the home has put out an appeal on social media kindly asking practising golfers and young people enjoying playing outdoors to take care and to be aware of the health and safety of others.
A golf ball can travel at speeds of between 70 to 120mph. No one has been hurt so far.
This is the third year in a row that The Oban Times has reported incidences of wayward golf balls landing on Eader Glinn property.
Staff at the home do not believe balls are being purposefully aimed at the home but just want people to think before they swing.
