Staff are worried that balls hit in the direction of the care home in Drummore Road, which backs on to Morvern Hill, are putting the safety of residents, staff and visitors at risk.
Last year one of the home's windows got smashed but luckily it was not a bedroom window and no one was hurt, said home manager Angela MacKay.
A golf ball was found in the grounds again this week.
'In a bid to keep residents, staff, and visitors safe, we are kindly asking budding golfers to watch where they aim, and young people enjoying playing outdoors, or practising their golf skills, to be aware of the health and safety of others in and around the care home grounds.
'It's sporadic and we don't think it's malicious at all, but we just wanted to put the word out for people to think before they swing for it!' added Angela.
