A guided Gaelic walk round Iona with stories and songs is all seat for this Saturday, March 29.
Ross Christie will be leading the way with lots of views, history and folklore on this special walk. Alasdair Whyte will also be joining Ross to provide island stories and a few Iona tunes.
People of all ages and levels of fluency are welcome.
A ticket for the full day’s tour is £10 for adults and children aged 8-15 can come for free but a parent or guardian must accompany anyone aged under 16.
Meet at Fionnphort at 10.15am for the 10.30am ferry over to Iona - returning at 4.30pm at the latest.
Come prepared with appropriate clothing and good walking shoes or boots, there will be breaks and time for lunch.
The event is being organised by Co-roinn Ghàidhlig Mhuile agus Idhe - the Mull and Iona Gaelic Partnership, with support from Bòrd na Gàidhlig.
Tickets can be booked on Eventbrite. If the event has to be cancelled because of ferries or bad weather there will be a full refund.
