Pupils at St Columba’s Primary School in Oban were on the right page for celebrating World Book Day .
The children dressed in their pyjamas and some in dress-up clothes to mark the special day on Thursday March 6 and had fun joining in lots of book-themed activities.
Pupils explored science, food, comics, fantasy, encyclopaedias, how to draw and listened to audio books as well as making up their own stories.
Primary 7 teacher Miss Crossley said: "They all worked so well together, all helping each other out and having a great time doing it. We hope everybody found a new type of book they enjoyed."
